This form is only for registration for WST-NL. Information about registering for WST-UK or WST-ES will be on the main Truth School website when available.

This year, there is a total quota of 360 registrants for the Winter School of Truth (NL). There are currently 17 active registrants, and 14 registrants have submitted their registration forms.
If the quota is reached, then incomplete registrations will be moved to the waiting list.
Please read everything carefully before registering.
Registration for the European Young People's Winter School of Truth (Netherlands), 2025 takes place entirely through this website.
Registration Procedure
The registration procedure is the same for all young people, helpers, and serving ones.
Each of these steps must be completed in order:
  1. LOG IN: Create or log in to a truthschool.eu user account (this is the same as your ypconference.eu account). You may register and pay for up to ten family members through the same account.
  2. REGISTER: Fill in all the pages of the online application form and submit them. Partially filled in pages can be saved to be finished and submited later. Your form is not complete until all pages have been submitted.
  3. RECEIVE APPROVAL: You (and your parents) will receive an email notification of your approval status from your country coordinator. Do not buy flights, etc, until you receive approval of your application.
  4. PAYMENT: Make your full payment before 24th November 2025. Information can be found on the payment page.
  5. QUESTIONS? If you need help with registration for any reason, contact your country coordinator.
Don't forget to pray for the Winter School of Truth and to encourage your companions and friends to register!
 
Deadlines

Registration will close on 24th November 2025 at midnight (UTC). Any registrations after 24th November 2025 will be placed on a waiting list and approved on a case-by-case basis and if the capacity of the venue allows. A late fee of 40€ will be charged in addition to the registration fee. Do not expect that late registrations will be accepted.

Please do not delay registering.

Your registration is not complete until you have submitted both your registration form and your payment. Both your registration form and payment have to reach us by 24th November 2025. If your payment reaches us after 24th November 2025, the late fee will also be added.

Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations after 1st December 2025 will be subject to a cancellation fee of 40€. There is no refund for cancellations after 14th December 2025. Please see the Truth School announcement for more information.
