This year the Winter School of Truth will take place in four different locations.

Each country will attend one of the four locations. The WST United Kingdom South will take young people from the southern part of the United Kingdom, Ireland, and Romania. The WST United Kingdom North will host young people from Midlands, Scotland, Ireland and Northern Ireland. The WST in The Netherlands will host the countries of Western and Central Europe, including the Nordic countries. The young people from Spain, Portugal, Poland, Ukraine and Greece will attend the WST Iberian Peninsula in Spain. Please see the table below for details.

General Information
The WST Netherlands will take place this year in Someren, close to Eindhoven in the Netherlands. It will receive the young people who speak Dutch, French, German, Italian, Norwegian/Swedish, Czech/Slovak, Serbo-Croatian, and Russian. There will be groups and translation into these languages only.
The WST Netherlands will run from 13:30 on Friday, 26th December to 12:30 on Wednesday, 31th December 2025. There will be two classes as in previous years, a younger one for young people aged 11-14, and an older one for young people aged 15-18. Both classes will cover the same subject: Lesson Book Five – The Church – the Vision and Building of the Church. The cost will be €200 and will include accommodation, activities and meals. There will be an additional cost for the Lesson Book which will vary depending on language.
Arrival and Departure
The first meal provided will be dinner on Friday, 26th December, and the last meal will be lunch on Wednesday, 31st December. Check-in and material collection begin at 13:30 on the first day—please eat lunch beforehand or bring a packed lunch. The first meeting starts at 16:00. There will be a serving ones’ meeting from 15:00 to 16:00.
Transport
Please arrange transport to cause the least disruption—avoid arriving late or leaving early.
If you are not travelling by car and need transport to and from Helmond Train Station, please book a shuttle through the registration form. Shuttle availability is limited.

Bedding and Towels
Coming by car
- As only 100 linen sets and 80 towels are available for rent, we strongly recommend everyone coming by car to bring their own: (1) pillowcase, (2) sleeping bag, (3) fitted sheet, and (4) towel.
- A linen set (pillowcase + duvet + fitted sheet) for 20 EUR.
- A towel for 5 EUR.
- Please contact registration at info@truthschool.eu to check availability.
- If you need to rent bedding or a towel, you must select this in your registration form. Rentals will not be available upon arrival.
Please bring a valid EHIC card. If you are not eligible, ensure you have travel insurance.
Translation
The messages will be given in English and simultaneously translated into Dutch, French, German, Italian, Slovak, Serbo-Croatian and Russian. Each language group is responsible for providing its own translation. If you require translation, please bring your own FM radio, headphones and supply of batteries. Group times will be in the young people’s own language.
Payment
All payments must be made electronically via PayPal. Cash and cheques are not accepted.
Please Note! We do NOT automatically send out a confirmation of payment. If you do not hear from us, you can be assured that your payment has been received. If there are any issues with your payment, your coordinator will contact you. The cost of the lesson book or handbook will be automatically added to the total during the payment process. This varies according to language.
Registration
To register, fill out and submit the online registration form and make payment by 24th November 2025.
There is a coordinator in each country who is responsible for registrations and whom you can contact if you have any questions. He or she automatically receives your information when you register online. To find out who your coordinator is, please refer to the list of country coordinators. Registration closes at midnight GMT, 24th November 2025
Late applications will be placed on a waiting list and only accepted in case of cancellations. A late registration fee of 40€ applies. Cancellations after 1 December will be charged a 40€ cancellation fee. Cancellations after 14 December will be charged the full price and no refund will be given without reasonable grounds (eg. sudden illness).
